New Customers and Developers are required to come to our office to set up service. For your convenience all required forms may be found at the bottom of this page for you to print and fill out prior to arrival. For all new applicants we require the following:
- Proof of ownership (Chatfield W.S.C. will only establish service in the property owners name. Renters will not be the member. All property owners are responsible for payment in the event charges are owed on these accounts).
- Fill out and sign Water Service Agreement.
- Fill out and sign Right of Way Easement.
- Pay all required fees.
- All Engineering fees paid prior to installation.
- All Contractor fees paid prior to installation.
